Terms and conditions of the online store www.all-wonders.com
GENERAL INFORMATION
The online store is owned by All Wonders Ltd,UL. TOMASZ ZANA 43 /2.1 Lublin 20-601. NIP 7123433562, REGON 52168852700000, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
The person placing the order, is hereinafter referred to as the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to the Terms and Conditions are effective from the moment they are posted on the Store’s website. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions may not violate the acquired rights of Customers using the Online Store www.all-wonders.com. The changes do not apply to those customers who have concluded a sales contract.

These regulations set out the rules for the use of the online store available at www.all-wonders.com
REGISTRATION & LOGIN
Customers have the opportunity to use the enhanced Services of www.all-wonders.com after registering, using the tools available on www.all-wonders.com and logging into www.all-wonders.com using the access data established during registration.
Registration on the www.all-wonders.com website takes place through prior acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and entering true, current, complete and correct customer data into the registration form, in particular such as e-mail address and optional password. Registration or logging allows the www.all-wonders.com Service to remember the Customer’s data.
It is forbidden for the customer to use other people’s data in the registration process, including other people’s e-mail addresses. The use of false, outdated, incorrect or incomplete data or data of other persons shall be grounds for termination of the Contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
After registering using the registration form, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming the registration and other information required by law to the e-mail address indicated by the customer in the registration process.
Each Customer may have one Account. The creation of more than one account requires the consent of the Seller. Accounts with duplicate data are grounds for deletion or blocking until clarification. It is forbidden to use other people’s accounts and share accounts with third parties.
SHOP OFFER
The offer presented on the site is a commercial offer.
The moment of conclusion of the contract is the moment of acceptance of the Store’s offer by the Customer, which is done by placing an order in the manner specified in point III.
Presented prices are expressed in Polish zloty and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are added as a separate item in the shopping cart. Information about the shipping price is provided before the conclusion of the sales contract.
We will attach a receipt or invoice to each order shipped.
ORDERS
The customer of the online store is presumed to have read the terms and conditions before placing an order.
Purchases in the online store can be made only by persons with legal capacity under Polish law.
The order is processed provided that the order form is properly filled out and the method of payment and delivery of goods is selected.
After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation of the order in electronic form.
Store www.all-wonders.com, reserves the right, in case of doubt, to verify the order by phone or e-mail. In case of inability to contact and verify the order, the Store reserves the right to withhold the order.
We process the order no later than the fifth business day after the order is placed.
In the case of PreOrder sales, shipment of orders will take place on the designated date about which the customer will be informed at the time of purchase.
If, due to the lack of the ordered goods, it is not possible to complete the order by the agreed date, the customer will be notified of the incompleteness of the order. In addition, he will be informed of the possibility of its implementation at a later date or a normal date but with an incomplete implementation and the possibility of cancellation.
If the Customer decides (when the Store is not able to complete the entire order) to fulfill part of the order, the remaining amount (in case of prepayment) will be refunded to the indicated account.
If the customer decides to cancel the order( in case the store is not able to complete the entire order) the entire amount will be refunded to the customer (in case of prepayment) to the account indicated by the customer.
Ordered goods are shipped to the customer immediately after completion, and in the case of choosing payment by bank transfer after crediting our account (when paying by DotPay/PayU, we receive payment confirmation within 20 minutes).
In special cases (due to an IT error, or unjustified use of a discount code or obtaining and using it in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions), the store has the right to withdraw from the sale and not fulfill the order.
SHIPMENT OF GOODS
Shipments are made only on business days.
The goods are shipped from 1 to 2 business days (not applicable to PreOrder sales). Available delivery methods for ordered products: DPD courier, InPost courier, InPost parcel machine (we have no influence on the hours of delivery of packages by the courier, the courier is not obliged to call the customer before the delivery of the package) – deliveries are carried out exclusively through the above-mentioned courier company.
Please be advised that due to the limited ability to control foreign shipments, we ship goods within the Republic of Poland and to selected EU countries – the list is available on the site when finalizing the order.
delivery costs and payment methods
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, according to the options presented to him in the order form.
You can pay for your order as follows. Transfer via PAYU- this service allows you to pay by credit card or quick transfer from selected Polish banks, BLIK payment, deferred payment PayPo, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
The customer can report complaints about products sold on the Website www.all-wonders.com by sending a written complaint to the Seller’s address – complaints of damaged goods by courier should be reported on the day of receipt of the shipment, at the courier. Otherwise, reports of damaged product in transit will not be recognized.
Complaints can furthermore be made by sending an email to: hello@all-wonders.com
The complaint should include the designation of the person making the complaint (name, surname, home address, e-mail address) and a description of the event giving rise to the complaint.
Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Seller of a properly submitted complaint (containing the required elements and not requiring supplementation).
The customer will receive information about the handling of the complaint by electronic correspondence, to the e-mail address provided in the complaint.
The customer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason by making a statement to that effect in any form within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to him, or without issuing a written statement simply by returning the product.
To meet the above deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement/product before its expiration to the address: All Wonders sp. z o.o., Popularna 4/6 lok. 6, 02-473 Warsaw, e-mail: hello@all-wonders.com. The condition for cancellation of the contract is to return the purchased product in its original, undamaged packaging. Detailed information on the right of withdrawal is available here.
PRIVACY POLICY.
The controller of personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 paragraph. 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “General Data Protection Regulation”), with respect to Customer data, is All Wonders sp. z o.o.
Detailed conditions for handling personal data are regulated in the Privacy Policy, which is available here. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Regulations.
TERMINATION
The provision of services by the Seller under the Account on the Website is indefinite, however, the Customer has the right to close the Account at any time.
The Customer may submit a statement of termination of the Agreement by means of an email sent from the email address associated with the Customer’s account to: hello@all-wonders.com
Subject to the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions, the Contract may be terminated by the Seller. immediately when:
The Registered Customer violates the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, or
the Customer was found to have provided data or statements that were false, outdated, incorrect or incomplete, or data of other persons, or
Customer’s actions or omissions negatively affect the Seller’s good name or otherwise materially harm the Seller.
In situations other than those indicated above, the Seller is entitled to terminate the Agreement with 14 days’ notice.
FINAL PROVISIONS
In the event of changes to these Terms and Conditions, the Seller will inform the Customers about it on the pages of the Website www.all-wonders.com and by e-mail correspondence.
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall come into force on the date specified by the Seller, but not less than 7 days from the date of announcement of the changes on the www.all-wonders.com website and from the date of sending the relevant notification of the changes to Customers.
In case of non-acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions, the Customer is entitled to terminate the contract, in accordance with the provisions described in the section “Termination of the Contract”.
In all matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code, the General Data Protection Regulation and the Act on Electronic Provision of Services.
Any disputes between the parties to the Agreement settled by the competent court of general jurisdiction. Customers who are consumers have the possibility to use an out-of-court procedure for handling complaints and pursuing claims before the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court at the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection in Poznań. Information on how to access the above. dispute resolution procedures and procedures, can be found at the following address: www.uokik.gov.pl, under the “Consumer Dispute Resolution” tab. Consumer customers also have the option of using the EU’s online ODR platform, available at the following web address: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, mentioning our email address hello@all-wonders.com.
These Regulations shall come into force as of 21.11.2021.
