Orders are processed within 7 working days. In case of out of stock, this time may extend to 10 days, as our products are 100% hand sewn in Europe.
Each customer receives email notifications with up-to-date information on the status of the order. They are sent to the address provided during its submission. Yes, goods can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of shipment, if they have not been used and have the original tags. We will send a new shipment to you within 48 hours after the exchange is successful.
