Exchange and return

Exchange Policy

Replacement is possible within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
The replaced product must not bear any signs of use.
The replacement product must contain all original tags attached to the product by the factory.
Secure the product being exchanged and place it in the package along with the completed and signed Merchandise Exchange Form.
Specify the products for which the exchange is to be made. Indicate the reason for replacing the product on the form.
Send to hello@all-wonders.com the number of the shipment you are sending back to us.
Remember that we do not accept shipments sent to us COD.
Send the parcel to the following address: All Wonders sp. z o.o., Popularna 4/6 lok. 6, 02-473 Warsaw.
We will send the shipment to you within 48 hours of successful processing.

Specify the products you wish to return by indicating the reason for return on the form.
